The Pyrenean relief is precisely recreated in wood, from the meanders of the Ariège to the summit of the Pique d'Estats. The borders with Spain and Andorra can be seen along the ridge line to the south of the map.

The 1.0 mm thick sheets of wood come from an eco-managed and FSC-certified family forest in Finland.

The map and relief are to scale ( 1mm corresponds to 120m ) and based on satellite data.
The relief is composed of 24 levels each corresponding to altitude.
The laser cutting and the fineness of the birch leaves ( 1.0 mm) will make you want to touch and feel the painting.
Its dimensions are 40cm x 30cm plus 3 or 6 cm depending on the frame.
