On average, we process each order in around 2 weeks. You should know that each painting requires between 8 hours and 12 hours of manual work and that we may have peaks of activity to manage.

In all cases we will communicate regularly on the estimated delivery dates.

The maps are to scale and produced with very fine precision thanks to satellite data and laser cutting of the wood.
We are sure that you will be able to rediscover the details of your region as well as certain paths. However, their purpose is essentially decorative and we advise against any technical use.

We'll be adding new designs every week, so there's a good chance yours will arrive soon.

We will take into account customer expectations to define the
priorities, so do not hesitate to send us your request via the contact form .

Designing a map means making choices. It is impossible to represent all the water ways down to the smallest stream without overloading the map or to base it solely on their width without making almost all of them disappear.

Our rule in France : represent all watercourses of Category 3 or lower as defined by the IGN Carthage database.

We encourage all requests, all maps are uniquely made so we can accommodate requests.

For colors it is possible within the limit of the natural pigments that we have. We have already recreated a special "Channel" blue-green at the request of a customer!

For the frames, we work with a craftsman who makes them to measure, so we have the possibility of responding to certain requests.
We do not ship maps without a frame because it is necessary to reinforce their structure.

Creations of new tailor-made cards are charged an additional €50. This guarantees getting #1 in the series and designing an ultra-personal map.

If the map has the potential to appeal to many people the design can be offered in special occasions.

Each artwork is delivered ready to hang, equipped with 2 hooks and a brass rope which allow it to be fixed and balanced.

This system allows it to be balanced on a single nail or a single hook on the wall.

We recommend not exposing the artworks directly to the sunlight to limit the natural evolution of the wood color.

Contrary to what one might fear, the artworks do not particularly collect dust. In the same way as with other objects you have, do not hesitate to wipe it with a duster or unmoistened cloth from time to time.
