The 3rd meetings of the historic sites of Grimaldi
More than a hundred sites and communities have maintained privileged links (marriages, diplomatic agreements, etc.) with the Grimaldi family for centuries.
To perpetuate these relationships with these former fiefdoms, HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco wanted to organize friendly and festive annual meetings where representatives of the Historic Sites meet on the square of the princely palace to present their traditional and artisanal specificities for two days.
On June 4 and 5, 2022, the 3rd edition of the event brought together three sites: Manche, the Territoire de Belfort and the Alpes-Maritimes. The town of La Turbie in particular was represented.
The gift to Prince Albert II of Monaco
From Mont Bataille to the Tête de Chien plateau, in the perspective of Mont Agel, at 1150 meters, La Turbie overlooks Monaco, offering a unique opening onto the Mediterranean, from Italy to the foothills of the Esterel.
To celebrate its proximity, both geographical and historical, to the principality of Monaco, the town hall of La Turbie has chosen to call on BOILISÉ to represent this strong link in a unique way.
On June 4, 2022, Jean-Jacques Raffaele, mayor of La Turbie, presented this painting as a gift to HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco. The finesse, precision and originality of the work were highlighted.
We were present and honored.
We would like to thank Nadège Berro, recognized interior designer, for putting us in touch and offering this unique opportunity.
